All the personal care services needed for chronically-ill patients enabling home-based care. Compassionate aides support daily living activities which become challenging with chronic illness, aging, or disability. Services include: Activities of Daily Living, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Feeding, Laundry, Medication Reminders, Companionship, Grocery Shopping, and Bathing/Incontinence Care.
SkilledCare@Home
Mobile at-home healthcare nurses and therapists delivered directly to patients’ homes. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, skilled care professionals implement the personal care plan for each patient. Services include: Skilled Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Transitional Care, Infusion Therapy, Medical Social Work, Medication Management, Pain Management, and Wound Care.
HospiceCare@Home
Physical, emotional, and spiritual support patients need at the end of life. We understand and honor the decisions made by our patients. It is your life, your decision. Services include: End-of-Life Support, Home Health, Counseling, Nutritional Care, Medication Management, Pain Management, Medical Social Work, Social Support, Emotional Support, and Spiritual Support.
Our Story
The idea of CareRing Health started over ten years ago when we realized that the needs of the chronically-ill, aged, and disabled were not being met by our current healthcare system. The system is confusing and difficult to navigate especially when a person is chronically-ill and can barely get through life’s daily challenges. At CareRing Health, we knew it was time for a change.
We are deeply committed to providing coordinated home care services for America’s dually eligible population – those with both Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Now there is a better way to deliver care for the dually eligible population: CareRing Health. Our new integrated benefit will improve the quality of life for our patients, create a better coordinated care model in conjunction with health plans and health systems, and reduce Medicare and Medicaid spending.

We are currently focusing our energy on America’s dually-eligible population, those with both Medicare and Medicaid coverage, to demonstrate the efficacy of our new healthcare delivery service model. Our goal is to drive legislative changes to these two programs.
Medicare & Medicaid Spending
Medicare and Medicaid cover 135 million Americans who spend $1.2 trillion dollars annually. Of the 135 million Americans, 11 million (9%) have both Medicare and Medicaid (dually-eligible) benefits and yet consume 33% of all Federal healthcare spending. That is $450 billion dollars. Why? It is due to poor management of their chronic conditions in their homes. At CareRing Health, we are actively improving health equity while driving down the cost of care.

On July 30, 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Medicare and Medicaid Act into law. These programs were designed as funding mechanisms rather than patient-centered healthcare. Our patients live with complex medical conditions, socioeconomic vulnerabilities, health inequities, housing insecurities, lack of transportation, and malnourishment. They need medical, social, and behavioral intervention through a healthcare-at-home model — CareRing Health.
